Tango Barre with Anna Symes

Explore adornments, musicality, and musical embodiment, using the barre as your dance partner to experiment, play, and develop your own creative expression in tango.
This engaging class also focuses on core and foot strength, and overall movement, through targeted conditioning and resistance exercises.
Anna brings her background in ballet and years of teaching experience to guide you creatively, helping you connect more deeply with your movement and the music.
